The Seagull Beach Resort offers outstanding array of entertainment, sports activities and spectacular multi-level pool area. Sport and leisure facilities include multi-level outdoor pool, private sandy beach (both with sunbeds and parasols) windsurfing centre, volley ball, tennis, squash, billiards, fitness centre, a health club including a sauna, spa tub, massage and beauty services.

The hotel also has 5 restaurants and 10 bars, a disco, 2 cinemas, beauty salon and laundry services. To keep the children entertained there is a children's club, mini disco parties and beach parties. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

AI programme consists of buffet breakfast 07:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-15:00 and dinner 19:00-22:00 served in the main restaurant. Every day there is different theme buffet (Italian-Far east-Oriental-French-International) Mark Anthony pool bar serves drinks from 10:00 till sunset.

Snacks are available between 11:00-13:00. coffee from 16:00 and ice cream 11:00 until sunset. AI drinks include local alcoholic drinks (beer, rum, whisky, vodka, gin, brandy, white wine, red wine, rose wine), soft drinks (cola, sprite, fanta, soda, tonic, draft juice) and hot drinks. Ramsis Bar is opened between 10:00 - 23:45, Oasis Bar Beach 10:00 - sun set, Dolphin Pool Bar 10:00 - sun set.
