The Riadh Palms Hotel offers a pool, children's pool, indoor heated pool, sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols, two saunas and there is an entertainment programme. The hotel offers a reception, foreign currency exchange desk and a disco. There is a separate commercial gallery that offers guests two banks, hairdressers, rent a car office and travel agency.

The hotel offers 3 restaurants and these are the Oasis restaurant (buffet service), Le Baron (a la carte restaurant with occasional shows) and Neptune (beach restaurant). There is also the snack bar, Le Pecheur. The hotel offers a lounge bar, an American bar, a cocktail b and a Moorish café.

The hotel consists of 650 bedrooms and all benefit from individually controlled air conditioning, radio, television, mini bar (on request), direct dial telephone and private bathroom.

Baby cots are available on request and count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant, Oasis. The Aziz restaurant is also at the disposal of All Inclusive guests for dinner. Late breakfast is available at the Free Time restaurant between 10 am and noon. Guests can also benefit from the mini buffet and midnight snacks. With meals beer, local wine, water and soda are served. Guests can use the beach bar and the Le Baron a la carte restaurant once a week (with reservation). Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as mineral water, soda, juices, cocktails, wine, local spirits (boukha, cedratine, anisette, Muscat, gin, vodka, whisky, etc) are served at the All Inn bar, the lobby bar, the beach bar, the disco night club, the pool terrace and at the Vitamin bar (ice cream, fruit juices and fruit cocktails) between 10 am and 1 am (different bars, different times).

The All Inclusive leisure facilities include a variety of sport activities, sun beds and mattresses by the pool and at the beach, towel service at the pool and beach and non motorised water sports. The entertainment programme includes sketches, cabaret, dances and other theme nights. There is a children's entertainment programme and kid's club (4 to 10 years).
