The hotel has many facilities for the guests to make full use of including a la carte restaurant, bar/lounge, swimming pool and the Hotel is affiliated to an off site gym. Other facilities offered by the premium Protea Hotel Waterfront include 24 hour undercover, secure parking (at nominal cost), 24-hour room service, a same day laundry and valet service and on request, a babysitting service.

The Business Centre is available for all Internet and email requirements, with ADSL and printing facilities. All rooms and public areas have wireless Internet (WIFI) access.
