The AI programme consists of breakfast is between 7am-10am, lunch is between 12pm-3pm and dinner is between 7pm-10pm, all buffet style, served in the Panorama restaurant of the Al Mas hotel. During meals, local liqueur, local beer and wine, soft drinks, mineral water, are on hand.

A variety of delicious snacks such as pizza, pasta, BBQ, potatoes and salads are offered daily at the beach bar between 12pm-3.00pm. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, rum, brandy), soft drinks, coffee, tea and mineral water are available at the stylish Sinai Bar between 10pm-12am, the beach bar between 10am-6pm and at the Diamond pool bar between 10am-6pm.
