The apartments are located 40 km from the airport.

The Oasis Village Apartments offer 2 saltwater pools, children's pool (with lifeguard), volleyball, aerobics and sauna. There is a 24 hour reception, foreign currency exchange, internet access, luggage room, car rental, souvenir shop/kiosk, children's playground, and pool tables.

The apartments offer 232 rooms and 4 are adapted for disabled guests and 96 with kitchen. The apartments are ground floor or first floor and have one bedroom and offer two beds, lounge (with sofa bed), satellite TV, safety deposit box (local charge) and private bathroom. The apartments are cleaned five times a week, towels are changed three times a week and bed linen once a week.

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals drinks are served. Snacks (hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips, sandwiches, cakes, croissants, ice creams, muffins etc) are available between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm at the pool bar (rotating menu). Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, brandy, beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks, water, juices, coffee, tea etc are served at the pool bar from 10 am until 11 pm.

The All Inclusive sports facilities at the hotel include tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball and live music at the pool bar once a week.
