The resort offers a reception desk and lobby area. There are also meeting rooms for conventions and a heated/air-conditioned theatre with capacity for 600 people. Also on offer there are boutiques and a hairdressing salon. The resort offers a games room, a fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi. There is also an entertainment programme.

The hotel offers 283 double rooms all of which have exterior terraces, with fully equipped bathroom, air-conditioning (July/August), satellite TV (one English channel), telephone, minibar (on request and extra charge) and safe (extra charge).

Due to difficult access within this hotel it is not recommended for customers with walking difficulties.

The hotel is 6 km away from Midoun, 23 km from the island capital Houmt Souk and 30 km from the Djerba Airport.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style with international cuisine and show cooking, served in the main restaurant Royal. Thematic dinners are taking place four times weekly. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Barbecue restaurant for lunch (12:30-16:00, salad buffet, Italian cuisine), the snack restaurant Pirate for lunch (12:30-14:30, snacks, grill & salad buffet) and the Sidi Bou restaurant next to the pool for dinner once per stay (19:00-23:00, Tunisian specialties, upon reservation). Coffee break with milk, juices, viennoiserie and cakes is from 10:00-12:00 & 16:00-18:00 at the main bar.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like aperitifs, vermouth, whisky, gin, vodka, Boukha, Muscat, cedratine, cocktails, beer, wine (red, rose, white), soft drinks, juices, hot drinks (coffee, chocolate, tea) and mineral water are served at the Azur lobby bar (10:00-24:00), the Punch pool bar (10:00-18:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00) and at the Theatre discotheque (21:30-24:00).
