The complex consists of 96 apartments divided in four blocks and distributed in two floors, all of them with balcony or terrace with pool view. The apartments are composed of one bedroom with two beds, bathroom, kitchen-lounge, television, fridge and safety box (to hire). Cleaning of the apartments occurs three times per week along with change of towels and once with linen change.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (14:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-20:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast, coffee, milk, juices and chocolate are offered; during lunch & dinner, soft drinks, juices, water, beer and wine. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, rum, beer, water, soft drinks, juices, coffee, hot chocolate, wines, liquors, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 at the pool bar (during the day) and at the main bar (in the evening).
