The hotel is located 300 metres from the shopping centre and 70 km from the airport.

The Fuerteventura Playa Hotel offers a pool (heated in winter), children's pool (heated in winter), sunbeds and parasols, sun terrace, currency exchange facilities, television area, internet facilities, medical centre, souvenir shops, mini market, massage (local charge) and sauna. The hotel offers a salon bar, restaurant and pool bar.

The hotel consists of 300 guestrooms and all benefit from telephone, central air conditioning, fridge, satellite TV, music, safety deposit box (local charge), private bathroom and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Cakes are offered from 3 pm to 5.30 pm at the pool bar. The hotel offers a barbecue every Saturday night as an optional alternative to dinner. From 8 am to 11 pm the hotel serves all locally produced wine, beer, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bars and restaurants of the hotel as part of the All Inclusive package.

The All Inclusive sports facilities include a gym, table tennis and 2 tennis courts (daytime only). There is a day entertainment programme (6 days a week) for adults and children (4 to 12 years) and an evening programme with live music, shows etc several times a week.
