Facilities include four free-form swimming pools, among them two for children, sun terraces, hard tennis court, table tennis, darts, billiards, volleyball and mini-golf. Entertainment program day and night including aerobic, darts, games, etc. There is a mini-club (4- 12 years) operated by the property and a kiddies playground.

The facilities and services also include a 24 hour reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, Internet, car rental, sun beds and umbrellas are available around the pool. Also wheelchair access to the accommodation is available, with four apartments.

All the apartments are provided with separate twin bedroom, living/dining area with convertible sofa bed, equipped kitchen, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit (payable locally), satellite television, full bathroom, ceiling fan in the bedroom, air conditioning in the living area, and heating. All the apartments have a terrace or a balcony. Baby cots are available. Cleaning 5 days a week, change of towels 3 days a week and the sheets 1 day a week.

The apartments are located 5 minutes from Playa de los Pocillos beach and 3 miles from Puerto del Carmen. The transfer time is 20 minutes from the airport.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals mineral water, soft drinks, beer, wine and juices are offered. Coffee time with cake and ice cream is from 16:00-17:00 at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, beer, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, etc are served from 11:00-23:00 at selected bars.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
