The hotel is just across the road from the Falcon Hills Hotel and just 500m from the beach. The main resort is 5km away and the famous snorkelling site of Ras Um Sid Plateau is only 0.5km away.

Facilities at the hotel include restaurants, bars, health club, gym, beauty salon, dive centre, swimming pool, children's pool, access to two private beaches, children's playground, games room, billiards, table tennis and entertainment such as live music 5 times a night and Oriental live show twice a week. The hotel also offers gift shop, laundry service, free safety deposit boxes and free shuttle buses to the beach and Naama Bay during the day and in the evening.

All rooms have private marble top bathroom with bath and shower, Sat TV, in house music, telephone, air conditioning and terrace or balcony.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style and a continental breakfast served between 11am and noon. A selection of snacks are available from 4.30pm to 5.30pm and again from 11pm to midnight. A special vegetarian and children's menu is available on request. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served from 11am to 11pm from the various venues. Also included in the package is a free 15 minute massage, free facial scrub, free use of the gymnasium and a free introductory dive session in the pool.
