There are 4 adult swimming pools and another 4 for children (two of these are heated during the winter season), free sun-beds, tennis and volley courts, table tennis, and pool tables, mini golf, Internet access, gift shop, and a supermarket. The hotel has a Latino restaurant, Ponton restaurant serves local and Italian cuisine. There is also the Califa Disco from 20:00.

The entertainment program includes the mini-disco for the small children who will participate in contests, games and songs with animation staff. The adults can attend different numbers of magic tricks, music, and contests in which guests can participate.

Other services; souvenir shops, rent a car/bike and free parking, laundry service, excursions, hairdresser and massage, many varied water and non-water sports (some local charges may apply).

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast 08:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-16:00 and dinner 18:30-21:30, all buffet style, served in the Latino restaurant. During breakfast tea, coffee, water and soft drinks are offered; during lunch & dinner, wine, water and soft drinks (plus beer & juice for summer). Snacks are available between 11:00 & 12:00 (winter) or from 10:00-19:00 (summer). Kids can have ice cream from 10:00-18:30 (winter) or till 19:00 (summer).

Tea & coffee time with cakes and water takes place in the afternoon. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, gin, sangria, vodka, whiskey, brandy, soft drinks and warm drinks are served from 10:00-22:00 at the El Ponton restaurant (winter season) or the bars (summer season).

Sport facilities at the hotel include four swimming pools (adults/children), tennis court (specific hours), volleyball, table tennis and mini golf. The hotel also offers daytime and evening activities such as mini club, children's playground, parties, dances, shows and a special motorized programme for kids.

Chargeable extras are the Al Ponton restaurant, in-room satellite TV & safety deposit boxes, disco, supermarket & souvenir shop (or with a small discount), hairdresser, Internet access and recreation games.
