The hotel has many facilities available for guests including restaurant, bar, tour desk, conference facilities, outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, playground, mini club for children, room service, internet access, bank, laundry and boutiques. Also available is a fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, mini golf, basketball and volleyball, pedal boats on the lagoon, sun beds and parasols by the pool and on the beach. The Dana Resort has 676 rooms including standard and superior twins, family rooms, suites and junior suites. Most of the rooms are equipped with terrace or balcony. All of them have a view of the sea, tiled floor, bathroom, hair dryer, safety deposit box, direct dial phone, air conditioning, satellite TV and mini bar. Rooms with ad-joining doors, additional bed, baby cot and cooking facilities (kitchenette) are available upon request. Daily room cleaning and change of towels and linen.

The AI programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style. Snacks are available at the Red Sea bar (12:30-14:30) and the Le Rendez Vous (soup station from 12:00-24:00; pizza, sandwiches, pasta from 15:00-17:00; ice cream for children from 12:00-20:00. Tea & coffee time is from 15:00-17:00 at the Island bar and the Ceasar.

A wide selection of national drinks like liqueurs, spirits and house wine by the glass, soft drinks, juices, beer, cocktails, coffee, tea, served at the beach bar from10am until sunset, the Lagoon pool bar 10am until sunset, the Ceasar bar 10am until sunset, the Piano lobby bar (24 hours, free drinks till 12am), the Alexander bar 10am to 12am, the Abou-Nawas Oriental Café 6pm-1am and the Billini (Billiard bar) burred between 10am-2am. The Discotheque 10pm-2am is going to be open from November. Please note that there is a dress code which applies for all restaurants.
