Standard rooms have pool or garden views, with air conditioning, satellite tv, radio, telephone, mini fridge, safe bath/shower and balcony or patio.
Juniour suites are also available, are slightly more spacious with a lounge area and the same facilities as the standard rooms.

The Hotel serves brekfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks and light meals are also available during the day from the Drifters Beach bar.
Crystal Cove operates a unique dining scheme with its sister hotels within the Elegant chain. Diners are able to arrange an all inclusive exchange at the Turtle Beach, and / or take part in a credit scheme which allows them to take meals at the Tamarind Cove Hotel or the Colony Club Hotel.
