The hotel is 10 minutes (7 km) from the airport.

Facilities include 24-hour reception in the lobby with a safe, currency exchange desk, lift and a cafe. Additional facilities include 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, bar, newspaper stand, games room, TV room, nightclub, hairdresser's salon, shops and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant. Moreover, the hotel has a public Internet terminal, a conference room and a bicycle storage facility. There is a kids' club and a playground available for children. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park or garage. Room and laundry services as well as medical assistance complete the services on offer at this hotel. The hotel features a Spa centre including Vichy showers, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and beauty and massage treatments.

Dining options available include the Buffet Restaurant with a wide choice of cuisine and different menus every day, including: theme menus, and live cooking for breakfast and dinner. The poolside-snack bar (Davao) for lunch, and on the lower floor, the Italian restaurant, with a wide range of pizza, pasta and rice dishes (open for dinner only from July to October and on special occasions). The La Barqueta piano bar has a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, opens its doors everyday with a large selection of coffees. The saloon bar Mindanao offers live music, dancing and shows, both professional and from the animation team every night.

There are 32 junior suites and 372 family rooms (52 are non smoking). The family rooms all benefit from private bathrooms, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, piped music, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit box, mini bar and terrace.

Please note that 6 of the rooms have been adapted for disabled guests and baby cots are available on request and count as 1 person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:30-10:30, lunch 13:00-15:00 and dinner 18:30-21:30, all buffet style with international cuisine and show cooking, served in the main restaurant Principal. During meals water, refreshments, wine, beer, etc are offered. Lunch also takes place at the Burger snack bar. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner twice weekly and with prior reservation, is the Italian Pizzeria restaurant. Snacks such as sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, pizza, etc are available between 12:00 & 16:00 at the snack pool bar Davao. Customers can have ice cream at the Parlor Beatriz. Tea time with cakes, ice cream, sandwiches, fruit and candies is from 16:00-19:00 at the La Barqueta cafeteria. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, whiskey, beer, etc are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected bars as well as at the Mindanao show bar (21:00-23:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis (prior reservation, upon request), mini-golf (on request), ping-pong, volleyball, boccia, kids playground and daily entertainment with sports & games. In the evenings games, dance music, professional shows, etc are organized by the animation team. The disco bar Mindanao is open with live music, mini disco and professional shows.
