The Barcelo Club el Castillo is 8 km away from the airport and 12 km from the capital Puerto de Rosario. It is also a short way from the sports harbour.

There is a great selection of facilities and services available at the hotel witch include 24 hour reception, mini golf, satellite TV, internet connection, currency exchange, table games, four swimming pools, a solarium with loungers, gardens, children's playground, super market, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, beach volleyball, archery, windsurfing and diving. There is also a gorgeous golf course located just 2 km away.
There are two restaurants available for the guests to dine in including an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant; there is also a pizza bar.

All of the guest rooms are nicely decorated and fully furnished with either a terrace or balcony with gorgeous views of either the sea or garden, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, dining room, safety deposit box (with charge), satellite TV and a telephone.
There is also 220 V electricity. Baby cots are available on request.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (8.00 am to 10.00 am), lunch (1.00 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6.00 pm to 9.00 pm), all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. During meal times there is a variety of soft drinks, beer and water available. There are also snacks such as sandwiches; fresh fruit, pastries and bakery available. There is also a variety of locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including whiskey, brandy, vodka, gin, rum, sherry, champagne, spirits, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, chocolate, etc are served between 10.00 am and 11.00 pm at selected bars.
There is a variety of all inclusive facilities at the hotel including archery, volleyball, water polo, aqua gym, aerobics, ping-pong, paddle, tennis, basketball, foot ball, French bowls and day and evening entertainment.
