Rooms feature private bathroom, 1 or 2 bedrooms, lounge with sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 hot plates, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge, direct dial telephone, Sat TV, radio, safe, iron/ironing board and terrace or balcony. Some apartments offer sea views.

The hotel enjoys a peaceful setting just 300m from the promenade which has many shops, bars and restaurants. The main beach in Puerto del Carmen is 800m away.
