Facilities include 24-hour reception, 3 bars, 3 restaurants and Internet access (charges apply). Room service is available for lunch and dinner only. Guests have access to sailing, kayaking, tennis and tuition, a fitness centre and an off site beach picnic. A beautiful stretch of beach with complimentary sun loungers and 3 swimming pools with beach towels. Guests can also take the shuttle service to Almond Beach Village where both snorkelling and windsurfing may be enjoyed. A full-service spa will be available for guests, from massages, body wraps, hair and nail service. Children's programs include a Nursery for infants 0 - 23 months, a Mini-Club for children 2-4 years, Kids Clubs for children 4-12 and a fully equipped Teen Centre for teens of 13 and over. A total of 267 rooms spread over several blocks, room types include; Standard rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child, Deluxe garden-view sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child, Superior Deluxe pool or garden-view sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, Superior Deluxe ocean-view sleep up to 3 adults and One-bedroom pool or garden-view suites sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Rooms are provided with a balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, private bath and shower, in-room safe, king or twin beds (according to request), satellite colour TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee-making facilities and iron & board. All-Inclusive food and beverages include all meals and drinks, including name-brand liquor, room service (lunch and dinner only) and snacks at buffet style restaurant throughout the day.

Additional charges apply to private reserve wines and liqueurs, Lobster at certain meals, wine by the bottle, Spa and beauty products and treatments, motorized water sports (except water skiing and banana boating), scuba diving, internet access charges, laundry and dry cleaning, medical services and babysitting services after 5pm.
