There are 6 studios and 2 apartment spread over 2 floors in the back building and 10 studios spread over 2 floors in the front building. Rooms include air-conditioning, TV, kitchenette with cooking facilities, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, safe deposit box (chargeable), Baby cot, bathroom with shower/bath and WC. Top floor studios have a private balcony, ground floor studios have a private patio and are suitable for disabled people.

The apartment complex is located in the Stafilos area. The hotel is (approx) 1.7 km from Skopelos town which includes bars and shops. The Front Building is located beside the main road to Stafilos beach.

The closest airport is Skiathos which is reached via a ferry taking (approx) 45 minutes.
