Cannot fault the hotel staff or the cleanliness of the hotel.
The breakfast was disappointing - no hot food, only continental breakfast. The pool itself was a little worn with some tiles falling/fallen off but didn't cause any injury. However, the area around the pool could do with a really good clean - in between the slabs was dirt from who knows how long ago - didn't cause any problems - just wasn't nice to look at old toenails stuck in the slabs. Also, no personal food or drink was allowed around the pool - only what was purchased from the bar (even water!). As they didn't do snacks (only pizzas, etc) or ice creams this, as a diabetic caused me problems and I therefore had to retreat to my room to have a biscuit or similar without facing the wrath of the bar staff (who were only doing their job) but these rules need to be relaxed or a better range of food and snacks available.
Rooms were basic, but again clean with cleaning service every day! Safe is an extra charge (£30 for two weeks) and there is no air conditioning or fans. We went a brought a fan from the shop next door - no doubt they enjoy the hotel not having fans for customer's use. Also TV channels in English were limited to 1 due to poor TV signal (but I didn't go on holiday to watch TV - just nice to have if having an early night).
Very well situated to get into town centre (3-5 mins walk) and beach (5-7 mins walk - 20 minutes to a larger beach in opposite direction).
If you want a very quiet stay somewhere then choose Xibana Hotel, if you have teenagers - don't bother.

Excellent twin room with a single occupancy. Cleaned every day by great staff. Reception great. Was on room only basis.

The hotel is very clean, staff are polite and helpful. We left money in the safe and went to do last minute shopping not realising we had left money, on return to hotel to collect bags our money was given back, we were so grateful because didn't realise had left it. We cannot fault the hotel at all, breakfast was continental and thought it wouldn't be for us but it was fresh and really nice and definitely going back.
