The hotel is centrally-located in the Walt Disney World Resort, set on a lakefront, between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. These parks are both reachable by shuttle bus or water taxi.

Guests have access to all the facilities at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, this includes a total of 17 restaurants and lounges, a swimming pool with slide, two lap pools, four whirlpools, a spring pool and a children's pool. There is also a sandy beach with a playground, a kids club and a health club with fitness area, massage, sauna and spa treatments.
The hotel also features a 24-hour convenience store/cafe, 24-hour room service, speciality shops, coin-operated launderette (at the sister hotel), games room, ATM machine, business centre, concierge services, airline boarding pass kiosks, car rental desk, self and valet parking (both with a daily charge, paid locally).
Please note that there is a parking charge of $36 plus 6.5% tax (per day) for self-parking and $44 plus 6.5 tax for valet parking. Long-staying guests will be charged a maximum of five nights.
