Beautiful location. Rooms nice. Hotel layout odd, could have been better thought out. Corridors between floors very noisy. Food only warm and limited selection. The food temperature could cause problems as some things have to be kept at a certain temperature. Main restaurant split into two; bread, salads and desserts only in one so you have a long walk to get your meal. Floors in spa and indoor pool slippy and water not always mopped up. Pools nice.

Shops at hotel all reasonable prices, cheaper than local shops nearby. easy access to bus to Icemeler and Marmaris. Beach and sea lovely. For me they need to focus on variety of food, temperature of it and layout of restaurants. Those would make a massive difference.

A lovely new hotel, let down by management in parts. In general, I'd advise this hotel for young or older couples without kids.

Pros: a great beach (for Marmaris), great location with lots of trees and greenery, crystal clear sea, nice food (especially mains - including grilled fish on daily basis, jumbo prawns, tuna steaks etc.), large rooms with wi-fi and satellite channels, very comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities, fantastic views, lovely rooftop bar.

Cons: restaurant management is doing a poor job - there's often no crockery or cutlery left, empty bowls everywhere not replaced on time, staff trying to serve cheaper drinks (e.g. juice from machines rather than packets), tables not cleaned on time. Same goes to room service - our room hasn't been cleaned two days in a row. The hotel isn't really suitable for family holidays due to its layout and facilities (e.g. mini disco is held on a 1.5 m high stage with nothing to prevent little ones from falling over).
