Asked for balcony and got one for two weeks, awesome views of Lavante Bay, staff were brilliant, very helpful and cheerful. Cleaners came every morning and did an excellent job, towels were changed every day. Beds were comfortable. Food was a bit bland but could always make a meal with food provided. Overall we had a lovely two weeks holiday because we had a balcony.

Perfect location at top of the old town, close to restaurants and bars, the rooms were basic but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was small but adequate, the food was good with plenty of choice, location in the heart of old Benidorm was excellent, with bars shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Spanish food good, all staff excellent from maids to manager. Cleanliness excellent, stopped full board and would do so again. Only negative, could do with regular choice of cold meat or cheese lunchtimes to go with salads. Would recommend this hotel to anyone 5.40 euro for a bottle of wine and that view. Will be back.
