The hotel is located in Hersonissos on the laidback island of Crete, along its own private stretch of beach.

Facilities
There are two outdoor pools where you can cool off from the sunshine, and a range of facilities are available both on-site and at the nearby hotel - Nana Golden Beach. You can enjoy a game of tennis, a walking and hiking tour, mini football (at Nana Golden Beach), beach volleyball (at Nana Golden beach), horse riding, and a selection of children's entertainment at Nana Golden Beach. There is also an 18-hole golf course located at Crete Golf Club. Additionally, there is an indoor pool (adults only) located in the Royal Spa & Wellness Centre at the beach, as well as various wellness facilities such as beauty treatments and massages (extra charges may apply).

There is a main restaurant which serves an American buffet breakfast, a poolside restaurant for delicious cuts of meat and fresh pasta, and a seafood restaurant at the beach which offers a delicious sushi menu. Drinks are available at the Pool Bar, Beach Bar and Main Bar, and you'll also find a Cigar Room and a Shisha Bar at the hotel.
With the Dine Around concept, guests can choose to dine in one of the on-site a la carte restaurants, or one of the four a la carte restaurants at Nana Golden Beach.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
