Location
The hotel is situated on the beachfront where free sunbeds and parasols are available, as well as waiter service. Heraklion Airport is approximately 10km away and Chania Airport is 157km away.
Facilities
The hotel features two seawater pools, a freshwater pool, waterslides, two tennis courts, billiards, table tennis, a fitness room and beach volleyball. There is also a kids club (ages 4-11), maxi club (ages 8-11) and Tennie Club (ages 12-16), as well as a full recreation programme. Those looking for some relaxation can make use of the spa and wellness centre (local charges apply).
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the main restaurant. Further dining options include a Greek taverna, Pan-Asian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Steak House, BBQ at the beach and a creperie and gelateria. For refreshments, guests can visit one of the six bars, including the poolside bar and beach bar. Afternoon tea is also available in the Open Theatre Bar.
Please note that a reservation is required for the Taverna, Italian restaurant, Steak House and Pan-Asian restaurant, and a dress code applies during dinner in all restaurants, therefore shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
