Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools and childrens pools (one with freshwater and one saltwater), sun-terraces with loungers, umbrellas and a pool bar. There is also a beach club with private beach gazebos, water sports, wifi access, beach volley and a snack bar.
Further leisure facilities include a kids club (ages 4-12yrs), teens club (July-August), tennis court, mini-golf, billiards, fitness room and massage service.
Wining and dining options include a lobby bar, lounge bar, pool bar, beach club, the main buffet restaurant and two further restaurants offering Greek and Cretan cuisines.
Guest services include 24-hour reception and concierge, room service, laundry and dry cleaning services, internet corner and Wifi hotspots, satellite TV room, medical assistance, babysitting and parking.
Local charges may apply to some hotel facilities and others may be seasonal.

Public areas of hotel were really lovely, nice beachy feel/decor, clean, fresh and modern. Bedroom area itself was lovely, nice and clean and fresh, albeit on the compact side, but still plenty of room - newly decorated, could still detect a whiff of paint! Bathroom however was very dated and cramped, and not at all in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Sea-view was questionable, strictly you could see the sea from our room (131), but it was more of a glimpse/stand sideways and squint! A little disappointing, but not a deal breaker.
Beach was initially aesthetically pleasing, but on closer inspection was absolutely filthy. A lot is made of how precious the sea grass is, yet the hotel shows little regard for it by allowing rubbish to build up and pollute both it and the sea. A particularly disconcerting/disgusting moment for me was finding a used condom floating next to my foot whilst enjoying a dip. Very disappointing to find that you had to pay for using the in-room safe, and it was also a key safe as opposed to the more modern electric. Buffet at breakfast was quite nice - usual selection of choices as expected, but nicely done. Evening however was quite disappointing, many choices done badly, rather than a few done well. Distinct lack of vegetarian choices, but salad bar was awesome!
