The hotel was ok, needs refurbishing. Food was ok if not fussy eater other wise you would have problems. Definitely not enough variety for children. First four days when buffalo bar was open you could get snacks, toasties, burgers and hotdogs, good for children then but closed it. Then opened small bar called Luna bar, then snacks was small cobs and cakes, bit of a let down when advertising saying hotdogs, burgers and toasties available so false advertising.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, pool and surrounding areas kept clean and tidy, food plentiful if a little repetitive but I didn't go hungry. The only negative comment I can make is the fact of very little entertainment of an evening. But on the whole, a really good experience. Would definitely go back.

The hotel and staff were great. On the morning we arrived we couldn't get our keys and they locked our luggage up and rang us to let us know when the room was ready. The food in the hotel was excellent with plenty of choices each night. We are definitely going back to the hotel later this year.

The hotel location is great and the staff are really nice, but the food was very poor quality and choice. We were AI and ended up eating out each evening after the second day.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff excellent always very friendly and helpful, could not fault them. The only letdown was the all inclusive food, everyone we spoke to was of the same opinion.

Good location, beautiful sea view. Clean, nice staff. One preferred not too see you though, he was rather slow and a tad rude. Very dated place, had to hire everything, toaster even! No hairdryers. Some loved it, food, well it was ok. All inc bar snacks was very limited. It wasn't for us though.

Room and view good. Food not so good. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner not a great choice and food not very warm. Very basic. Would use again as location and view great but only self catering.

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were very clean and first rate. The room cleaning was spot on and the staff were very exceptional and attended to all our needs with very friendly smiles, nothing was too much trouble even providing good travel advice. Food dining was lovely in a clean and friendly environment. Pools were clean and the area was filled with nice and friendly guests. We had a lovely holiday.

Second time back at this hotel, love the location. Rooms are spacious with regular cleaning. They could be doing with a paint but for all you are in the room it didn't bother us. Staff are very polite and friendly. Cannot comment on food or drink as we were self catering and ate out in local restaurants. The Kings Arms is a must visit pub with great staff and entertainment every evening. It is located within hotel grounds but run independently. Lovely walk to the harbour from the back of the hotel. Cannot wait to go back.

Rooms were very spacious, we had a sea view room 3119 and the view was amazing, sat on the balcony in the morning. Pool area was very clean and pool itself was cleaned every morning, only downside to the pool area were people reserving the best sun beds first thing in a morning and we noticed sometimes weren't even sitting on them until late in the day, we had a couple of days by the pool so seen it happening. Breakfast was really nice, plenty to choose from, we only had food from the snack bar once, there wasn't a menu or anything so I just asked for a burger. Evening meal was OK, varied each day and was only 1 night there wasn't anything we liked, this was the fish night. Entertainment in the all inclusive buffalo bar wasn't that great, 3 nights out the week there is something on, there are 2 other paying bars on the site which have entertainment on however. Location of the hotel is excellent I would say, 5 minutes walking along the sea front gets you to the harbour area where there are activities to do and a few bars and ice cream places etc; walking through reception out onto the street you can pass a few restaurants and 5 minutes gets you to a little shopping area, this also leads to the beach.
