The hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception area with lobby area, lift, currency exchange facilities, hotel safe, boutique and newspaper kiosk. The hotel provides an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs for infants, beach restaurant with terrace, poolside restaurant, poolside bar and a swim up bar. There are two swimming pools, children's pool, sun terrace with sunbeds, jacuzzi, gym, internet room and a Spa with beauty and massage treatments and a nightclub.
Sports and leisure facilities include table tennis, floodlit tennis courts, water sports including windsurfing and snorkelling, daytime and evening entertainment programme, complimentary entrance to the Riu Palace Macao casino. Further facilities include parking, children's play ground, kids' club activities (4-12 years), room and laundry services. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Spread over 2 floors, all 560 rooms (of which 8 are suites) come equipped with en suite bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning and ceiling fan, mini bar, satellite TV, radio, in room safe, iron/ironing board and balcony/terrace.
