The room was a bit smaller than we expected. A bit cramped for 3 people. The view was great. The food was okay. Could have had more variety for breakfast. Mushrooms would have been nice for a change. Quiet sunbathing area was amazing.

Had a most enjoyable 7 day's holiday and would recommend to family and friends. Found hotel as described and very clean and tidy Staff very pleasant and helpful. Downside took too long to get drink at bar by pool area.

Great hotel, food was good with a wide choice and the staff were excellent especially on reception. Only downside was the waiting time at the bar.

Bit disappointed, after arriving at 10pm we were sent along to the sister hotel (Hotel Gala) due to Hotel Troya over booking. Oonce we had arrived the room was lovely, modern and comfortable. The next day we went back to Troya where the cab driver who took us was very rude and abrupt chucking suitcases and made a fuss and started swearing at us when we said Hotel Troya was paying and he must report to their reception (less than 10 steps away) instead leaving us having to open our cases in the street to get our cash to pay, only to be reimbursed by Hotel Troya. Once we finally got to our room we were very disappointed as the room we were allocated in their sister hotel was much nicer. Despite the lady who informed us we were having to stay in the Hotel Gala for a night promised a upgrade in our room (from a standard room to a suite) the room was very basic and out of date. The location of Troya hotel was the best part of the holiday. The rooms were cleaned daily and could always find a nice sunny spot beside the pool. The food was very boring and often repeated, there was always something to do of an evening with a variety of different entertainment. Must say was quite disappointed with the hotel.

Rooms were clean, cleaned daily (loads of dust under the beds). No kettle to have a hot drink. Hotel very clean. Pool is nice and is suitable for all ages. Very limited sunbeds.
Food is nice. Could get boring if you were staying more than a week all inclusive. Staff are very friendly. Location is ideal if you like the beach. It is directly on the beach front. It is also on the Veronica strip. Noise is no issue.

The room was lovely, the hotel was always clean and tidy and rooms were also cleaned everyday and new towels changed every day. Food was very repetitive and not much of a selection but would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, extremely hard working bar and restaurant staff. Plenty of sun loungers, towels available on a 15 euro refundable deposit basis. Room was a good size and we got the king size bed requested. Some noise from Veronicas as we were quite near the front of the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfasts, but other food lacking in variety and quality. A lovely spa on site at additional cost, also lots of treatments.

Excellent hotel and staff, we did not like the room they first offered us, as soon as we mentioned this to reception we were offered a much nicer room excellent in every way, there was no hesitation at all in offering us this better room. I hurt my arm and as soon as Oscar in reception noticed it he straightaway bandaged. It. This was as we were leaving. I think this was excellent service, I can't praise the staff in all positions enough.

The hotel itself is clean and nice. The food is very basic and not labelled very well, you can get cheese toasties at the poolside bar which was nice. There is noise from the night club just outside on the Veronica's strip which woke us up on a few occasions and doesn't finish until 6am. We saw 2 muggings in our 9 day stay and heard of 5 more so hide your money well and don't take your mobile out at night time. Over all it was a nice hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean. Animation staff very good and fun. Food did have a different theme each day, always hot. Not enough pool umbrellas, people put towels on beds next to umbrellas and some times didn't use them until afternoon. They have a policy of no towels on beds but don't enforce it. Great holiday though and I was a solo traveller.
