Lovely grounds, we had a lovely big room, which was cleaned daily. Food is really good and the Chef called Ottoman said that he would make anything that we fancied. We also used the a la carte restaurants, the Lebanese was amazing. Ahmad & Amer made our visit to the Lebanese lovely. The Japanese was great too. We didn't really enjoy the fish or French restaurants. The waiters were fab, especially Kareem who always had a smiling face! We stayed from 29/12 - 19/1/15 and the New Years Eve Gala was amazing. Pool was heated which was needed, weather fantastic.

The pool area was great and very clean. The sunbeds were very comfy and plenty of them. Rooms large but the bathroom was dark and mouldy. The housekeeping in the rooms was not good. The food and drinks were of poor quality. The service was poor.

My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel in the evening, check in was very welcoming. We got shown straight into dinner then attentive staff took our bags up to the room. Our room in block 3 was very large, clean and a comfy bed. The bathroom could do with an update but the shower was huge and cleaned everyday. The pool area was lovely and was never any trouble getting sunbeds, you do get people coming round during the day trying to sell you massages, excursions and water sports but they're really friendly and once you've said no thank you they leave you alone! Although the restaurant isn't the biggest there is always a good variety and we definitely never went hungry! We tried the other 2 hotel restaurants and had a wander round their pools but Sea Gardens was our favorite. This was our 3rd visit to Egypt, trying new hotels each time I'd definitely recommend this one if you're after a chilled out holiday with a lovely big pool and relaxing evenings.

This is the second time we have been here this year, and there will be many more to come. The hotel is fantastic! There are 3 very nice hotels on the complex, with the Sea Gardens being predominantly English guests and the other two being more for Russian/Ukrainian guests. However, you can use the facilities at each hotel, including a very modern well equipped gym at Sea Club. The beach is lovely, and has several hundred meters of beach with loads of sunbeds (you will never struggle to find one), and they have a long pier that takes you to a snorkelling zone, which is to die for. You jump in and are surrounded by thousands of fish at the edge of the coral. The rooms are huge, having two rooms, so parents can go with children and still have their own space. The bathrooms are very big also, with showers easily fitting 2 people. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a very good standard also. Rooms include up to 4 decent sized beds or 3 singles and a queen size bed, 32" Samsung flat screen with good selection of channels inc MTV and films channels, and a fridge. The pools were amazing also, and the pool staff at Sea Gardens were fabulous, especially a lad called Ibrahim who used to keep an eye on everything such as children and would always ensure their safety. He would also put your towels out ready for you in the morning, and always very pleasant. The reception staff were also very very helpful and always advised us when we needed any assistance. Now for the restaurants. The main restaurant at Sea Gardens was perfect, not too busy, and a fantastic selection of food. I ate fresh fruit 3 times a day, there was a great selection of cooked foods, fresh omelettes, and freshly made pasta to how you like twice a day. Each evening was a different themed night, such as Asian, Italian, Fish, BBQ, International etc. These nights had main courses with lots of meat selections such as full Turkeys getting carved up, or freshly prepared fish, or Beef and Lamb, just incredible, and you can go to either of the three hotels for food, and they are all a great standard. The staff are also very pleasant including a lad called Galal, and Osman, they are very helpful and will make your dining experience fantastic. Family friendly is a definite, as I met lots of families who used the kids club, and the animation staff were very helpful aswell, especially a girl called Lina and Lika. You are very close to Nabq shops here also, and costs around 40le (£3.50) to get to La Strada in Nabq which is the best for shopping I have found. Soho Square is around 35le (£2.75) each way using the taxi's at the main gate instead of using the hotel taxi as they are more expensive. Fantastic holiday and will definitely be going back next year. By the way did I mention it is always 30 degrees plus, but not humid so feels very nice. Holiday time 3rd October 2014 - 17th October 2014.

Room was large, we had a family suite, one room had a large bed, other room had sofa bed. I feel there should of been a single bed as son says sofa bed was uncomfortable. Room was clean as could be expected as it is a very sandy country.

Pool is lovely with free towels and sun loungers with thick mattress. There are 3 hotels in same resort that you can use; I would prefer Sea Club to Sea Life and Sea Gardens. The surroundings are really nice, the food was ok, its not home cooking but you don't expect that. Some staff can be pushy asking to do massages etc.

The resort is about 30-40 minutes away from town, there's a free shuttle early morning (a charge of few pound after 4). I wouldn't call it all inclusive as there is a surcharge for some stuff like mini fridge, children's ice cream, alcohol. All in all its a lovely resort within a short walk to a shell beach; bring sea shoes or buy them there.

The hotel is a little remote on the outskirts of Nabq and is one of a group of three hotels. The grounds of the resort are very well kept and even have their own garden where they grow their own vegetables. Sea Gardens is the smaller of the the three hotels and mainly caters for English and Germans. Its sister hotels Sea Club and Sea Life are much bigger and cater more for Russians. You are able to use the facilities of its sister hotels. Sea Life and Sea Club have beaches which were only a short walk away. Unfortunately you are not able to walk right along the beach outside the hotel as they have guards stopping you. We guessed this was because of all the building works going on along the beach.

We had a family pool view room which was large with two rooms which was large enough for 3 adults, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, along with the usual bathroom facilities which consisted of a large walk in shower. The rooms are basic with air conditioning but were kept very clean throughout our stay.

We found Sea Gardens pool areas to be kept much cleaner than the other two hotels and on the whole a much quieter and reserved hotel.

The downside was the choice of food in the restaurant which was definitely more limited than its sister hotels. Evening entertainment usually consisted of a musician playing or karaoke and felt this needed improving. There is entertainment available at the other hotels but apart from the odd folklore show we felt it was mainly catering for the Russians. Transport is available at the hotel - and they do have a few free trips to Naama Bay but, on the whole, the transport is very expensive especially their taxis. Our advice would be go outside the hotel gates and pick up a bus or taxis there at a fraction of the price.

The staff on resort made our holiday as they were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Facilities were very good as you could use all 3 hotels. Staff were unbelievably friendly. Cleanliness and the very poor animation/entertainment were the only things that let the hotel down.

Great resort. Spotless surroundings. Huge room, plenty big enough for my wife, I and our 3 kids. Food was fine. It's buffet, so never going to be outstanding, but we found something different every meal. Pools are great. Huge and clean. If I had one negative comment (and it's a small one), the hotel needs to enforce the no sunbed reservation rule. There were always dozens of spare beds although you couldn't use them as they were covered in towels, and sad to say it was the Brits.
