It was everything a 5 star should not be. Food was poor quality and cold, most of the advertised facilities were not available.

Rooms are spacious and the resort is fantastic. Food is awful and the all inclusive isn't all inclusive - ice cream not included and the beer available isn't great, vodka was obviously watered down.

Arrived early hours in the morning greeted by a young lad who checked us in then took us to our bungalow. The public areas are all spotless, the pools are very good, all the staff we met were lovely, the animation team work from morning till late at night, great asset to the complex well done Ozzy, Mario, Seville and Emre. We stayed in a bungalow, perfect, the villas looked lovely. Was told the hotel rooms were good as well. Cannot understand the people who go on holiday and spend their time moaning, if you want perfect then pay more elsewhere. Food was very repetitive but all tasty. Would definitely return. The complex is a 30 min walk into Hisaronu or 20 lire taxi ride.

If you are going to this hotel please remember the following- This is turkey. You cannot flush your loo roll. The food is not "English". This is a Turkish 5* not the Hilton park lane. You are not on the beach. Just because you are in a different country do not forget your manners. They love Sterling so don't waste your time changing money- £10 is 35L. Smile, you're on holiday. We arrived at the hotel at 5am and were quickly checked in and shown to our room (with the guy taking our bags), so far so good. We had chosen to book a bungalow and we were very happy, this was bungalow 17 complete with water cabana. The room was great, good shower nice bed and a fridge- what more do you want, after all you haven't come away to sit in your room! The room also had lots of storage, safe, air con, tv and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom came complete with that holiday lighting we love (yes folks, the one where we all look really brown!). So on our first morning after 2 hours sleep we hopped down to the spa for our hammam, this was great! 90 minutes of scrub soap and massage all for £40! I myself have a lot of massages back home so can confirm this is a good massage, nice and firm! After some relaxing and exchanging our cards for towels (which were small but fine for the pool) we went up to the pool and had no trouble getting a bed at all! My friend and I are "pool people", however one day we did use the shuttle bus to the beach, this was fine although get there before it's due to leave as it does get full- however, if there are too many it will come back for you. The bus drops you off right at the beach! (Take your towels!) the beds there are cheap!! Staff- everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you! Again, remember those manners and smiles people! The food and bevvies manager "TJ" is lovely, he spends a lot of time talking to the guests and making sure everything is ok. The bar, reception and restaurant staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble - again remember those smiles and manners!! Bar- the beer is good and the spirits are fine, again remember where you are- you haven't paid for a Caribbean holiday with branded spirits. Our favourite was shandy in the day, vodka fanta in the evening! Food- the food was great, omelette in the morning which is what I would have at home anyway. Other choices included eggs, cereal, salad, roasted veg, frankfurters etc. Lunch included lots of fresh salad, chicken, veg, rice etc.
Dinner was as per lunch but with more variety on the hot dishes with fresh meat or pasta stations also. Remember where you are, if your one of those fussy eaters then the kids section contains chips! Between 3-4 there are two local ladies that come and make pancakes which are amazing! Please do give them a tip as they do not work for the hotel. They are also in the restaurant on the "Turkish night". Entertainment- there is entertainment going on, however we are sun seekers so after letting the guy know on the first day we would not be taking part he simply just said hello every morning. It did look good if you are into that sort of thing and once again the staff were lovely!
Pool- the pool was great, a bit on the chilly side but nice when it's hot in the sun! All sunbeds had a cushion cover which could do with a bit of a recovering, however they were comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were really sad to be leaving! If you go knowing the points at the top then you will not be disappointed. Tips - If you have a late flight you can keep your room on for £20 if available.

Enjoyed our stay. Food cold sometimes but always found something, lots of chicken. Clean room, friendly staff, location beautiful. Sun lounger covers old and torn, towels old but fine. Entertainment poor. We had a great holiday.

Rooms good, staff good, facilities good, all in all good but not exceptional. Ideally situated for relaxing break and probably best suited to couples rather than families. Would potentially be a British 3-4 star.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had a 3 bed villa which was lovely and set away from the main complex and so was quiet and relaxing with a pool shared by 4 villas. Everything was clean and facilities good. Only down side was the WiFi which you could only use in the hotel lobby but would be more useful to be able to have access from the villas and the food was a bit disappointing as was very 'samey' and everything was in a sauce and we had no nice fresh fish.

We loved the hotel's layout, with numerous pools and attractive thatched bungalows. The main lounge bar looks comfortable, but is open to the elements and was out of use due to poor weather. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but the hotel had teething problems after its winter closure: power cuts and occasional cold showers, in the main. However, staff dealt with these as soon as they knew - several guests had room changes, for example. We were unlucky with the weather, and this emphasised the lack of indoor bars/lounging areas. Having chosen the hotel for its quiet location in the hills, it was annoying to have such noisy (and sometimes puerile) entertainment in the lobby bar, the only indoor communal area. Karaoke and an especially boisterous form of bingo are not what you'd expect in a hotel which rates itself 5-star. The food was also way off that standard - and usually lukewarm. There was enough variety, but very little meat provided and desserts mainly an assortment of cakes. The free, twice-daily shuttle bus to the beach at Oludeniz is a boon. It will drop you off as it passes through Hisaronu if you wish. All in all, we have a positive impression of the hotel and staff, but would query the 5-star rating.

The holiday could be overall classed as nice. There was nothing that stood out but everything in general was good and all staff looked like they wanted to be there. They seemed like they catered well for kids, so would be good for families.

The food was repetitive and we ate out two nights as we had enough. The pools were cold but there was a minibus to the beach and tokens for sun beds. Mini bus also to Hisaronu and Fethiye are also free.

Asked for a bungalow, but got a room, but wasn't too bad, as terrace and pool straight outside. Rooms were nice, need an update, but were clean. With a small amount of work would be a good 4 star, a bit extra needs to be put in place to make it 5 such as staff training, better food, heated pool.

We booked a garden view bungalow which was beautiful and definitely better than the standard rooms (we had a late check out and got moved to a standard room on the last day). Unfortunately the food really lets this hotel down, poor choice, cold and unappetising! As a result most evenings we went to Hisaronu or Fethiye to eat. Entertainment is poor when it is on.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was average but the puddings were great as long as you got down for dinner early enough. Late breakfast was a bit of a let down as there wasn't much food left. The alcoholic drinks were good with the use of branded mixers. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team tried their best with the limited resources that they had. The pools of which there were many were very clean and well maintained. The location has lovely views of the mountains but it is miles away from anywhere and we had to rely on the limited buses supplied by the hotel or get a taxi.

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We stayed in a bungalow with a garden view and it was marvellous, well set out, modern and very comfortable. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The food I found to be variable and seemed to get better as the week went on. There is a fair amount of choice. Fresh made omelettes were really nice. The snack bar served nice pizzas etc and the lovely pancake ladies made beautiful pancakes at 4pm each day, however I must say that some of the main courses served in the restaurant were not that brilliant.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests which makes a magical atmosphere however a taxi or dolmus is needed to get into town. A shuttle bus is offered several times a day for the beach and alternate evenings for Hisaronu and Fethiye.
Staff on reception are very friendly and efficient, most of other staff the same. Entertainment sadly lacking, also advertised as having a disco which it did not have. All in all had a great holiday and really pleased with the value for money with this hotel and with some improvements especially with the entertainment it will be an excellent hotel.

Fab hotel, excellent service. Always loungers available around the spotlessly clean pool. Lovely location if you are looking for a quiet chilled holiday but easy access to the busier resorts nearby. Staff friendly and very hard working. Rooms kept very very clean and much needed air conditioning works a treat.

Great hotel, staff lovely, well designed to relax. Food and chefs all very good (could have been a bit more variety though), rooms cleaned perfectly everyday and very comfortable, lots of pools so it's never very busy. Beautiful landscape (a little way out, but only 10 mins on the shuttle bus to the beach, with buses running 5 times a day).

The hotel was amazing and the food was fantastic. It was different everyday so something new to taste every time. The pool was wonderful, we had the huts so it was right in front of us. The people were so sweet and friendly, it was an amazing experience and we definitely miss our holiday already.
