5 day break with friends, we have stayed at Hotel Presidente previously. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and efficient, head waiter always greets you with a warm welcome and maids are always pleasant. Can't wait to re-visit to see the renovations.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Food was very good, always plenty available and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room and a fridge to keep water.

Great location for everything, like changing money, beach, nightlife. Hotel great for sunbathing, pool, two jacuzzis and staff of the hotel are very very friendly and helpful. Being in the great location the hotel is very safe and not much noise at night, so you can get a good night sleep. Food is plenty, different theme evening on food, also food is hot as well as plates as it should be.

Fabulous location. Clean hotel with decent bedrooms and balcony. The buffet is okay as far as hotel food goes. I found Saturday night the best as they have a fish bar so I had a king prawn starter. Had a pool day but only usually one member of staff on pool bar so service can be slow.

Food was great, lots of choice, everything always hot and re-filled! Staff were brilliant, always friendly and welcoming. Maids came every day, couldn't fault any of the services. Only down side would be that the outdoor pool isn't heated so was too cold to use it.

We only booked a week before travelling but the lady on reception gave us a better room than expected, 8th floor pool view. We have stayed here before so we know that the standards here are excellent and all the staff are great. I just hope they will be retained whilst the nine month renovations are being done starting in October. We stayed full board for 4 nights and, as usual, ate far too much because the food was excellent.
