Not for us (two 30 something girls with no kids). It's a bit if a Disneyland kind of place but totally see how it works for people with young children. Not that many restaurant choices.

Despite most people not being English, the resort was lovely, extremely lively at night-time with plenty of entertainment for children and a few night clubs right outside the hotel which seemed really busy at the weekend nights.

Oropesa Del Mar is probably the Eastbourne of Spain but it had everything we needed within walking distance and the beach was lovely. Local cuisine was limited to very poor options but we were travelling to the festival in the evenings so we didn't need to eat locally much. It was very clean and pleasant. I wouldn't want to holiday there without a reason to, but as a cheap, basic holiday it wasn't bad and had lots of options to entertain children.

The beach was beautiful and there were a variety of options on places to eat. The locals were friendly and helped us out a lot.
