The complex is ideally situated just 150m from the Acharavi Beach and approx 500m from the resort centre. Acharavi is approx 39km from Corfu Airport.

Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a separate pool for children and a children's play area in the garden.
The pool-side bar and restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and, the complex also provides a reception (limited hours) with safety deposit boxes for rental and luggage storage.

Bright and spacious, there are 49 studios and one bedroom apartments, all of which benefit from a shower room, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
