Location
The hotel is situated on Kolymbari beach, just steps from the village centre. The lively resort of Platanias is about 12km away and the historical city of Chania around 22km.
Chania Airport is approx 42km away.
Facilities
The complex features a main swimming pool with childrens section and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers, umbrellas and a pool bar. There is also a second small river-style pool as well as a privately shared swimming pool designated to specific rooms.
Facilities include a fitness room and jacuzzi, a games room with pool table and air-hockey, animation program and mini-club. There is also a main bar, a main buffet restaurant and an a'la carte restaurant

Giannoulis Grand Bay Beach Resort has 70 units of varying categories; these include a junior suite suitable for up to 4 people, one-bedroom suites for up to 4 people and a standard double/twin room able to accommodate up to 3 people. Some rooms have direct pool access and some share a private pool.
Standard room facilities include ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, central air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini-bar and a balcony or terrace.
One bedroom suites also feature a kitchenette equipped with two cooking-rings, mini-fridge, small pots, crockery and cutlery. Available upon request: microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker.
A safe deposit box and Wifi or cabled internet access are available against a local charge.
All Inclusive
The All Inclusive package includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style in the main restaurant. Also a variety of snacks are offered throughout the day.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
