The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, next to the sandy Playa de Matagorda Beach and Playa Lima Beach.

Please note, repair works will be taking place on all swimming pools from 08/04/2024 - 10/06/2024, but don't worry, there will always be a pool available and space to sunbathe!
The hotel features FREE Wi-Fi in rooms and in all hotel facilities. Beatriz Playa & Spa offers two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated. There is also a separate, heated children’s pool and a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols.
The hotel has direct access to the Puerto del Carmen promenade. Tennis, mini golf, gift shop, a gym, a spa (minimum age 14+) and a games room with billiards and darts are available on site. Little ones will love the playground and mini club (ages 4-12). Wi-Fi access is free in the hotel lobby.
Guests can visit the Main Restaurant or Davao Pool Restaurant for daily meals with great views. There are also a number of à la carte restaurants including La Piazza for Italian food and Hamburger Beatriz for light bites and refreshments. Alternatively, head to the entertainment bar for shows and music.

Choose from Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms or Junior Suites. All accommodation features a bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, hire safe, twin beds, mini fridge (local charge) and a terrace or balcony.
Connecting rooms for families and accessible rooms are available on request. Baby cots count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
