Ariti Apartments are located just 200-metres from a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas. The harbour is approx 700-metres away. The beach is only a short stroll away where you can relax on the sun loungers and parasols on offer (charged locally).
Corfu Airport is approx 38 km from the resort of Kassiopi.
Facilities
As this is a self catering complex facilities are limited. There is a swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasols. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the complex.
Rooms
Ariti Apartments comprises of studios and apartments spread over three separate buildings which share the pool area. All have a well equipped kitchenette, private shower-room and a balcony or terrace.
Ariti I consists of 2 studios and 2 two-bedroom apartments; Ariti II has 1 two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a three bedroom apartment on the top floor; and Ariti III (also known as Balaris) has 8 one-bedroom apartments which also benefit from air-conditioning (charged locally).

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
