Spread over 3 floors, all 83 studios (sleeps 2/3 guests) and apartments (sleep up to 4 guests) offer telephone, TV, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.

Accommodation on the ground floor have shared terraces.

Air conditioning is only available in the apartments and a fee applies.

Set in a quiet area around 2 km from the beach road area with its selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The nearest sandy beaches are approx 3 km away.

Heraklion Airport is approx 36 km from the resort of Malia.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
