Facilities include 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a swimming pool, poolside snack bar, fitness centre, a games and card room. Further services offered include lift access, conference room and parking as well as its own medical centre on the premises. The hotel also features a beach club with bar, sun beds and parasols (local charge).

A total of 242 rooms, each provided with air conditioning, safe deposit box (local charge), heating, telephone, mini-fridge (local charge), hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, as well as satellite TV with pay-per-view videos and music channel.

The hotel is located overlooking the Los Boliches beach, within minutes of numerous restaurants and shops. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away and the airport is about a 30 minute drive.
