The hotel has many facilities to offer guests including 3 fresh water pools, 2 children's pools, 6 restaurants, 6 bars a Turkish coffee house and an Irish pub. There is entertainment and live music at the amphitheatre in the evening, a fitness centre with a gym, aerobics and jacuzzi.

Sports facilities include tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, archery, mini football pitch, plus an 18-hole putting green, driving range and chipping green (with permission only). Water sports available include windsurfing, water skiing, water polo, canoeing and snorkelling. The Shang Du Spa has many treatments to offer guests including body wraps, aqua therapy, facials, manicure and pedicures.

Further facilities include 24 hour reception, money exchange, internet access, conference facilities and medical assistance.
