Facilities at the hotel include 3 restaurants, bar, pool bar offering drinks and snacks, one main swimming pool and several smaller pools and kid's club for 4 to 12 year olds. The spa centre provides a variety of massages, waxing, facials, a Vichy shower, saunas, spa tub and steam room.

There is also a fitness centre with various cardio machines, weights and televisions with headsets. Pedal boats, Sunfish sail-boats and kayaks are available for use on the lagoon. Guests can also use the Mayan Sauna which is situated on the beach and features soothing music, aromatic scents and volcanic stones.

Further facilities include 24 hour reception area, concierge desk, safety deposit box rental, internet access, laundry service and car parking facilities.

The hotel is situated on the widest stretch of beach in Cancun and is approx 7 km from one of the shopping centres which also has a good selection of bars and restaurants. The central entertainment area is approx 12 km away.

Cancun International Airport is approx 40 minutes from the resort.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
