Facilities at the beachfront hotel include two outdoor swimming pools, one with a 6inch shallow end, the sun-terrace and beach are furnished with cabanas, loungers and umbrellas (advance reservation maybe necessary). Further facilities include a gym, kids club, a waterfront sports grill (located opposite by the intracoastal waterway), a cafe open for breakfast and lunch, seafront bar and grill, seafood and steak restaurant, an Asian restaurant and bar, as well as a sushi bar.

Facilities at the golf location include (of course) a golf course, tennis centre with 10 courts, a restaurant and lounge as well as a full service spa featuring steam rooms, sauna, whirlpools, 22 treatment rooms, spa boutique, indoor lounge and sunning areas. There is also an outdoor pool and a fitness centre with a variety of daily classes available.

The seafront hotel has a total of 898 guest rooms and 100 suites. All guest rooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, TV, mini-bar/fridge and telephone.

The golf location has just 54 guest rooms and 6 suites, each equipped with ensuite bathroom, balcony or terrace, mini-bar, high speed internet access, TV with premium channels and per-per-view movies.

The hotel has two locations, one directly on Hollywood beach, and the other just 2km inland adjacent to the hotels golf course. Fort Lauderdale's downtown area and Las Olas shopping district is approx 20km from the hotel.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approx 13km away.
