There are no communal facilities but each house has it's own private swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers and chairs.

All villas are well equipped with at least 2 bathrooms, hairdryer, full kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, utensils and cookware, sitting and dining areas, telephone, cable TV, DVD player, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Pool heating, baby cots and high chairs are all available at an extra charge.

Special Information

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The community is situated within the exclusive Champions Gate and is just minutes from a supermarket. Walt Disney World is about 19km away. Many other attractions are close by and easily accessible. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
