There are 623 villas spread over 5 floors, all of which feature air conditioning, direct dial telephone, safe (local charge), full kitchen, fridge, TV and a private bathroom. Accommodation is cleaned once every 7 days, however, if guests require more regular cleaning it can be requested but there will be a charge.

The hotel is located in a residential area of Kissimmee, just 1.6km from the main entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.
