A new hotel is being constructed next to the Vrissiana Hotel. Work is currently focusing on laying the foundations and will continue to erect the structure of the hotel. Due to the nature of the work, noise and visual disturbance will be experienced. The hotelier remains committed to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay and will allocate rooms away from the work where possible, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel is located a short distance from the beach with loungers and parasols available to hire. The resort centre is home to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, this is also nearby.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 41 km from the resort of Protaras.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. A limited selection of light snacks are available at set times through the day. Soft drinks and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from 10.00-00.00. Guests have full use of the gym, table tennis and tennis.
