The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, small supermarket, TV lounge and hair dressers. There is also laundry facilities, medical assistance, child care, Internet access, car rental facilities and parking.

There is a swimming pool, children's pool and water slides. There is a sun terrace with loungers surrounding the pools and there is also a jetty off the beach which has sun loungers and parasols laid out.

Sports and leisure facilities include a fitness centre, tennis courts, basketball, football, volleyball, archery, mini golf, table tennis and aerobics. Water sports including water skiing, wind surfing and jet skis are available from the beach. The hotel also provides Turkish baths, sauna and massage facilities.

For the younger guests the hotel offers a play ground and mini club for 4-12 year olds.

The hotel has a main restaurant which offers children's buffets, fish restaurant, Turkish restaurant, pool side and beach snack bars and a pastry shop.

The accommodation consists of standard rooms, villa rooms and family villas. Standard facilities include en suite bathroom, twin or double beds, TV and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is situated in close to its own private beach which has a jetty for sun bathing and is close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The airport is approx 40 km from the airport.
