Guests are welcomed into the lobby where there is a 24 hour reception desk which houses a currency exchange service, car hire service and hotel safe (local charge). In addition there is an Internet corner, hairdressers, beauty parlour, gift shop and for those arriving by car there is a car park (fees may apply).

Guests can dine at either the buffet restaurant or one of the two a la carte restaurants with non-smoking areas offering Italian and Mexican cuisine. Drinks can be taken at one of the bars.

To entertain the younger guests there is a kids club (ages 4 to 12 years) during the day and there is a kids pool. A babysitting service is available on request (payable locally).

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool or relax on one of the sunbeds laid out on the sun terrace. Additionally there is a fitness centre with sauna and there is a tennis court. A choice of watersports can be found at the beach.

There is also a entertainment programme with activities and night time shows and nightclub.

The hotel consists of 245 rooms which are spread over 3 floors and made up of single rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms, quad rooms and suites.

All rooms feature a king sized or 2 queen sized beds sleeping either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, mini fridge, safety deposit box and air conditioning.
