There are 16 villas, each featuring 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer, dining/living room with satellite TV, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster and 4-plate hob. There is an exterior laundry room with washing machine, as well as a private terrace with barbecue, garden and swimming pool. Further facilities include safety deposit box (local charge), iron and ironing board and individually regulated air conditioning.

Located in Son Carrio, Cala Blanca, about 400 metres from the Playa Santandria and 800 metres from the Playa Cala Blanca. The airport is approx 50km from the resort of Cala Blanca.
