Guests have access to vast gardens, terrace, lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Business guests may make use of the function rooms for conferences and meetings, and there is a public Internet terminal with WLAN. The complex offers a total of 21 apartments which are spread over 2 floors, including several junior suites. All villas have air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and a kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. In addition there is a bathroom with bathroom amenities and a terrace.

The complex is ideally located on the beach-front with loungers and parasols to relax on. The centre of Playa Del Carmen is approx 25 minutes away and Tulum is approx 15 minutes away. Both centres have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Cancun International Airport is approx 54 km from the resort of Riviera Maya.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
