The villa offers a fully equipped traditional style kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, lounge with satellite TV (limited english channels), video, DVD player, bathroom, three bedrooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms (payable locally) and extra beds in the basement (suitable for children only).

Outside are well maintained gardens with split-level sun terrace and large swimming pool. There is also a barbecue and eating area shaded by a vine-draped pergola.

Satellite/TV

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom wtih ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. There are two beds in the basement suitable for two children up to the age of 12 years.

Special Information

Car hire essential.

Set up a steep and winding road with views down onto the village of Nissaki, with its tavernas, shops and beaches. The nearest supermarket is 800 metres away.
