This spacious villa offers a sweeping staircase leading down to its lawns with its large swimming pool and lawned areas. There is also an outside terrace with eating area and barbecue.

Inside the villa there is a spacious and light sitting room, satellite TV with limited English channels, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, shower room, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and upstairs there is four comfortable bedrooms including a double room with an en suite and balcony.

This villa sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and three twin bedrooms. A cot is available on request, payable locally.

Set in the desirable El Capistrano Village development of Nerja and nearby you will find Burriana beach and the amenities of Capistrano are within easy reach. There is also a supermarket nearby.
